Was it just us, or did you see the motivation leave the Vikings like air escaping a balloon, right after the Adam Thielen fumble?Both Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs had games with over 100 yards caught and a TD each. Captain Kirk Cousins threw for over 350 yards, and the defense held Drew Brees to only 120 yards even though Xavier Rhodes and Anthony Barr being out with injuries. Looking at the box score stats, you would have thought the Vikes won by two touchdowns?but you would be wrong.The Vikings lost 30-20 at home against the second-best team in the NFC. The Vikes have the Lions at home, their bye, a road game against the Bears, back home against the Packers, then a road trip that will crisscross the country going out to the Patriots and then out west to visit the Seahawks.
